We have taken some additional steps to protect you and the organization against fraud. Upon completing the online registration, we will mail your Big Boy Pride Participant Package Pass to your mailing address. If you do not receive your package by March 21, 2022*, please email tripcontact@bigbrothasnetwork.com or contact or Participant Care Line at 866-378-5678.
* Due to our ticket vendor experiencing a supply chain disruption, our new target date for Packages reaching Participants is April 15th.

Installment Plan Terms & Conditions
Event: The Official Big Boy Pride
Date: April 28, 2022 through May 2, 2022
Location: Orlando, Florida
The Official Big Boy Pride Installment plans are available to help you purchase your registration for this event and, if applicable, your first-night room deposit. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
All installment plans must be paid in full prior to the start of The Official Big Boy Pride 2022 for your registration/room deposit to be valid. Installment plans cannot be canceled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Please be confident of your purchase of the installment plan and your participation in The Official Big Boy Pride 2022 event. In accordance with our refund policy, please be aware that there are no refunds for paid or partially paid plans. In the event of non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to Big Boy Pride. Please check your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Any service fees for the payment plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your payment plan once your order has been submitted. You must always have a valid form of payment on file during your installment plan. In the event of a declined charge, the system will cancel your plan from automatic withdrawals and switch it to manual invoices for the remaining payments. All manual invoices will incur a $15 fee per transaction. Invoices that are unpaid after seven days will be considered in default. Plans that are in default will follow the terms of a non-payment. You agree to abide by BBP's Installment Plan Terms by initiating and making the first payment of this installment plan.

The Official Big Boy Pride
Refund Policy
The participant package and first-night deposit are refundable minus an administrative fee of $35 until December 30, 2021. Neither is transferable. The Participant Package fee and room deposits are not refundable after December 30, 2021. Day Passes or non-refundable and are not transferable.
The Official Big Boy Pride has a proven history of producing quality events that meet the expectations of attendees, and it will continue to do so. In very rare circumstances, Big Boy Pride may have to make schedule adjustments when events occur outside of The Official Big Boy Pride's control.
The Official Big Boy Pride reserves the right to postpone the Big Boy Pride event, related event(s), in our sole discretion. If Big Boy Pride postpones an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the postponed event to within six (6) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by Participants for a postponed Big Boy Pride event shall apply to the rescheduled event or the next year's Big Boy Pride. This will be the Participant's choice. The Official Big Boy Pride is not responsible for airline tickets, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses Participants may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
In no event shall The Official Big Boy Pride be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, venue cancellations or closures; civil or military disturbances, earthquakes; fires; floods; wars; sabotage; strikes; epidemics; and riots.

In this section, words like ‘holder,’ ‘bearer,’ and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the registration to The Official Big Boy Pride. On the other hand, ‘our,’ ‘us,’ ‘we,’ ‘issuer,’ ‘provider,’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of The Official Big Boy Pride.

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess registration to The Official Big Boy Pride, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase registration or try to enter the Official Big Boy Pride premises.

Please note that The Official Big Boy Pride reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer bigboypride.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of The Official Big Boy Pride tickets.

The price of one of The Official Big Boy Pride registration tickets is $510 plus $35 for taxes and fees. This figure is non-negotiable. However, The Official Big Boy Pride may give discounts for reserving a room through The Official Big Boy Pride at the Doubletree SeaWorld Resort.

The registration you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access Doubletree SeaWorld Resort on April 28, 2022, through May 2, 2022, when The Official Big Boy Pride is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend The Official Big Boy Pride. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.

The bearer must assume full responsibility for The Official Big Boy Pride registration tickets, once (s)he receives it. The Official Big Boy Pride has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered registration tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed, or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that bigboypride.com is the sole authorized source for purchasing The Official Big Boy Pride tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those registration tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit registration tickets and declare them as void.

The Official Big Boy Pride registration tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. Therefore, without our prior approval, you cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and competitions). Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Please note that you cannot redeem the Official Big Boy Pride registration tickets against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

The Official Big Boy Pride has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of The Official Big Boy Pride ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of The Official Big Boy Pride will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as The Official Big Boy Pride starts on April 28, 2022. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – Doubletree SeaWorld Resort – due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation, or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

If The Official Big Boy Pride is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, The Official Big Boy Pride has the sole and absolute right to:

issue a credit for the event,

reschedule the event, or
-
issue a partial/full refund, or
-
not issue any refunds.

Please note that the issuer’s decision will be deemed final and binding in such cases.

If The Official Big Boy Pride is canceled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of The Official Big Boy Pride will be considered final.

If The Official Big Boy Pride must be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, damages, travel fees, and such other charges.

Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. The Official Big Boy Pride cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

The Official Big Boy Pride is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending The Official Big Boy Pride is 21.

If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’ (s)he will not be granted entry to The Official Big Boy Pride. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

When entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details are accurate and updated.

By purchasing The Official Big Boy Pride registration tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you consent to The Official Big Boy Pride to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – whole or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.

The Official Big Boy Pride does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Therefore, financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

The Official Big Boy Pride and Big Brothas Network follow a standard ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue and any behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at The Official Big Boy Pride and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, The Official Big Boy Pride will terminate your participation in the event immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase The Official Big Boy Pride registration tickets of your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final.

Big Boy Pride is a four-day event that fosters the empowerment and togetherness of same-gender-loving larger men and those who support them.

There are pool parties, group discussions, live entertainment, seminars, cocktail parties, and lots of fun activities. Indemnification

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Jersey in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and BBP as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. BBP's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of BBP's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by BBP with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and BBP with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and BBP with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
BBP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which bigboypride.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. BBP encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
